The amenities are... (Verified Renter) The amenities are lacking. Other communities offer tennis,basketball,dog parks etc... here we have a play ground that honestly is out dated. The rent is too high for what you get. Will probably not stay another year. I can rent a house cheaper in the area.

Parking is an... (Verified Renter) Parking is an extreme problem. It is sometimes difficult to get out of my driveway because of parking. Lately it has been worse. Some people literally park on the side of the street as you enter the complex.
we are a... (Verified Renter) we are a little disappointed with the heating, I know there has been some cold weather, but our furnace runs and runs and worried about a high electric bill, really don't understand how your all's heat system works.

The only issues I had were when I had a leak in the roof after hours and I never received a response to my car and during move out which wasn’t the managers fault. My move out report and balance were lost in the mail and I was sent to collections.
There is definitely... (Verified Renter) There is definitely a parking issue, making it nearly impossible for visitors. Additionally, the charge for cable is irritating, especially if you don't want it. There is a large pine tree near the garbage compactor. The tree blocks vision and makes it dangerous to pull into the flow of traffic. I'm fearful of being hit because I can't see cars approaching.
Stay away! Don't rent here this complex is a joke. We have been here for about 3 months now, and regret every second of it. Getting maintenance to do anything would be a miracle. If you get a package delivered it goes to the office, because the numbering on the units is so confusing the delivery guys can't find anything. Once your package is delivered to the office, they WILL lose it. the are 3 for 3 on my packages. Once I called corporate though they mysteriously showed up. I like my... (Verified Renter) I like my apartment but am disappointed by the noise I can hear from the unit above me and their garage which is next to my living room. There is very minimal sound insulation in my ceiling and walls. My ceiling creaks when they are just walking around. I can hear their voices, telephone, sneezing. If they are in their garage next to my living/bath room wall, it sounds like they're in the room with me. The lack of sound insulation is very surprising.
