I like my... (Verified Renter) I like my apartment but am disappointed by the noise I can hear from the unit above me and their garage which is next to my living room. There is very minimal sound insulation in my ceiling and walls. My ceiling creaks when they are just walking around. I can hear their voices, telephone, sneezing. If they are in their garage next to my living/bath room wall, it sounds like they're in the room with me. The lack of sound insulation is very surprising.
