Best apartment community We were in need of a home at last minutes notice. Tonya here at the Columns was able to get us into our new home in less than 2 hours, with no notice what so ever. The people in this community are very friendly and treat you like you have lived here forever. The apartments are very nice, very spacious and quiet. Close to restaurants, shopping and other amenities. Premises are clean, neat and well taken care of. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this community to everyone!
Apartment The apartment is quaint, with very nice carpet and the stucco style walls give it a more luxury feel. The best part is the staff, as they make it feel like a community rather than a job to them. They are very good at what they do.
Wonderful community I love living here! I moved in 6 months ago and have been so happy. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly and easily. It feels like living in a condo or town home rather than an apartment. Kids ride their bikes, people walk their dogs and everything is very safe. The property needs... (Verified Renter) The property needs to be dressed up a little bit better. Garbage does pile up at the dumpster way to often which causes unsightly conditions. The landscaping, mulching and missing tree replacement needs much better improvement.
Service time for... (Verified Renter) Service time for maintenance too long. Condominium very dirty, trash remains full for weeks, bad smell...
You should take... (Verified Renter) You should take away the cable charges...in almost 1.5 years of stay i watched cable probably 10 times...that is complete waste of of around a thousand dollars.
