Requires extra deposit at check in even when fees are fully prepaid on booking site. It was never mentioned during the booking process such fees(not a small amount either) is required. No comment on customer service quality many other reviews seem to mention. I work this field too so I get it. Bathroom door does NOT close. They did renovation some time recently I think but the door they got does not fit the doorframe so it just doesn’t close.
