The breakfast juice dispenser had no OJ or peanut butter, the room was loud- when the AC kicked in, the toilet flushing and the bed was super squeaky.

Good value for the money. Initially, two employees gave me grief about my dog. One was scared of her. The other told me dogs aren't allowed. I showed both people her service I.D. card, and they apologized.

The staff was nice the room was clean. The flooring in the halls is tile, not carpet. You hear every noise that is outside your room which makes it really hard to sleep. People talking, walking, rolling their luggage, kids running the halls, any noise is heard in your room.
Shelly at the front desk was absolutely amazing and was so helpful when I messed up my reservation. She saw I was in distress, and delivered the most amazing customer service!
We enjoyed our stay, it was everything as advertised. The pool is in great shape and during these hot days was great to be able to use.
