I am the patient’s mother Natalie. I am answering for my daughter. As soon as we arrived I let you guys know that we arrived just like we were instructed to by the e-check- in text message. Then we were called and asked co-vid questions and then not even 5 min. after we were texted to come in. We were greeted and our temps were taken by one of the staff and then we followed another staff member to where my daughter was going to get treatment and then the hygienist came over and went ahead and did her job.
