My insurance would not approve my injection unless dr. Wrote specific orders. I was told by an assistant "oh. He's not going to do that" and unless I was making appointment for an injection I could not see Dr. Barsanti only nurse practitioner and she was out until mid July. Really?? I asked how much it would cost without insurance and was told that would be assessed when I came for the injection. Wow...a 4.8 out of possible 5.0 rating...incredible! Until you look a little closer and see that the folks who have had a “less than great experience” are purposely directed to a different link. I gave them a 1, as that’s as low as possible. No relief whatsoever from their treatments, unbelievable 4 week follow-ups with no contact but them before those dates to ascertain your condition, even after telling them each time my condition was only getting much worse. They have a new PA Vanessa McNenna that takes care of med checks. She is very poor with her math skills, which causes the patient to experience additional copays. Prescribed a 30 day supply of a medicine that you take 1 pill 3 times a day. 3 pills x 30 days = 90, for the second time she writes the script for only 30 tablets. Not sure where she went to school to learn this math. This type of customer service, Patient Care will end up causing your practice to lose patients. I’ve been dealing with Chronic Pain in my shoulder for years, which has resulted in a massive trigger point in my trap. I contacted this office hoping to make an appt. I was asked 5 vague questions about my pain by a receptionist, not a doctor. The doctors then reviewed my answers and denied me treatment. They never even saw me. They diagnosed me based off 5 vague questions that I answered over the phone. At least see your patients before telling them you can’t help them. Will not recommend this place to anybody.
