I found the experience to be excellent. Dr. Barsanti was friendly and concerned. He exuded thorough competence. The staff were all happy and helpful, which speaks well for a medical practice. The injections were performed painlessly and with dispatch. Overall it was one of the best outpatient experiences I have had.
It's hard to say 'I loved it" when you're talking about getting injections in your spine. Great staff, very friendly, fun, had me completely at ease. Explained everything well, procedure was quick and nearly painless. The only pain I had, I was warned about, so it was neither unexpected or bad. Highly recommended, based on the 1st experience.
One trip,one injection and within 8 hours sciatica pain gone. This was about 10 weeks ago.

They charge a copay even if the procedure you're scheduled for doesn't take place. It's a complete racket.
RecommendedI had a steroid injection in my spine and was in and out in no time at all. I am hoping that will be my first and last time as long as my back cooperates.

no I do not recommend this they are giving out pain medicine that people don't need
Love the staff and doctor! The Radiofrequency ablation did not work. Still in severe pain and looking for answers.
Very UNFRIENDLY front desk receptionist. She kept saing, "i can't help you - the computers are down. I can't deliver a message. The computers are down. I cannot ask anyone to call you because I cannot send an electronic message." I asked her to WRITE down a message and have the nurse call me back. I got nothing. Are we that dependent on computers to provide customer service.
