I was very nervous going in for spinal epidural but was put to ease by the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr Long explained exactly what was going to happen and how. It was a relief to feel pain free for the first time in months. I would recommend this medical practice to anyone.

RecommendedI was referred by my orthopedic surgeon to have injections with the intention of having surgery later. Dr. Barsanti was excellent with me along with his staff. The injection weren't pleasant but the next day I was pain free!! I am still pain free and I'm going to cancel my surgery!! Thank goodness I was referred to him and I highly recommend Commonwealth Spine & Pain Specialists!!

I have been going to this office and seeing Dr. Long for years. I feel Dr. Long does a great job of keeping your attention focused on conversation and not on injections. When treatments aren’t as successful as we wish, we discuss other options. When I first came to this office I was dragging my foot behind me. I feel I get excellent care and treatment here.
