Taylor (nurse) was excellent. As was the check-in guy. Dr. Fox, on the other hand, was NOT! She was very unprofessional from the first time she walked INTO the room already wearing gloves. I was repulsed by this and had no idea where/who/whatever else she touched with those gloves. I’ve never experienced a healthcare professional not donning gloves after coming in a patient room. The cost was a little high at first but was decreased. I’m on a budget, and that really helped. The doctor’s bedside manner was the best. The nurses and x-ray tech were awesome!

The staff and doctors put political science aside and practiced the recently lost art of medical science in evaluating and treating my symptoms. It is refreshing to experience medicine by those who still believe in; first, do no harm. The whole team heard what I was saying, actually listened and repeated it back to me to made sure we were on the same page. I was quickly admitted and the nurse Heather was great. She took my vitals and medical history and I was seen by Dr Miranda in about 15 minutes after my arrival. I was very uncomfortable and he helped me within minutes. I will never go to a hospital based ER again. Thanks for all you do.

They were rude from beginning to end. I walked in dizzy with chest pain. After the EKG determined that I wasn't having an active heart attack, they immediately asked me for money, before treatment of any kind was even discussed. When I told them I didn't have $100 in my pocket, to pay the copay, up front, they literally yanked the wires off my chest, and told me have a nice day.
