I visited Complete Care twice in 24 hours for a UTI. The first visit went fine, however, the antibiotic did seem to be working, so I returned and was told initially by a lab tech at the desk there was nothing that could be done. Thanks to the receptionist who checked with the nurse and Dr in the back, I was seen and given an injection and told to continue my oral antibiotic. At that time the Dr promised he would send the urine for a culture. As of this date I have not received a call about the results.

Dr. Crawford and all my nurses were excellent! All the staff was kind and made sure I was comfortable. I stayed overnight and it was better than any experience sleeping in a hospital.

The nurses were very friendly, courteous and professional. The doctor answered my questions and was courteous and professional. The receptionist did not answer our questions and could not give us straight answers, not very knowledgeable at all.

I got in and out quickly and doctors were very knowledgeable concerning my diagnosis. I was especially pleased that they prescribed a variety of medications for any symptom they expected I might encounter. I will use there services again.
