The entire staff was very friendly and efficient. The nurses and doctor where very thorough and explained everything in detail.

This whole experience was great! The receptionist is welcoming and kind, the nurse was thorough and comforting, the Dr was a little standoffish, but I have Covid so I get it. I have been here before , and every time they get you in and they it in a timely manner.

This Emergency clinic in Alamo Heights continues to be my Favorite when it comes to taking care of urgent care situations for my family. Starting with the first point of contact being on the phone before you go in or when you arrive to be treated.
