This is 100% my go to place for ER & UrgentCare. The entire staff was kind, quick and fun. They got me back before I had even finished my paperwork and didn’t make me feel stupid for coming in for Covid issues. I like that they didn’t just test me, they actually checked my vitals and made sure everything was ok. If you don’t want to sit for 6 hours in the ER and do want be seen by people who actually care about your wellbeing, come here, they’re amazing.

Fast service and I appreciated not being pushed to pay my balance right away. I was able to pay after I was seen. Both the front desk staff and nurse/doctor in the back were very nice, caring, and patient. Even though I wasn't seen by every staff member in the back, they all told me bye and to take care on the way out.

I have been to Vic complete several times. Each time I had a great experience. The staff is courteous,competent and caring. There is no comparison of Vic complete with any other urgent care that I used before. Vic has emergency care equipment in house. On my last visit I had a cat scan. Vic has handled every thing for me, from high blood pressure to shingles to irritated nerve pain. . .
