This is my fourth visit due to my being in need of immediate care. And like always, I was greeted pleasantly and professionally but most importantly with urgency. I was seen by a nurse within 5 minutes after I entered the building. The nurse was warm and made me feel at ease even after I tested positive for COVID, she continued to provide care as if she was concerned about making me feel better. Everyone is always friendly. Never have to wait. Love Dr. Hart and the fact he brings his dog. He had a wonderful bed side manner. Very caring.

I am a repeat client at the Yorktown and Staples location. I have always received extreme satisfaction at this location. I actually prefer coming to TLC versus seeing my PCP. I just prefer paying a little extra for an increased benefits and time savings. Dr. Thomas Darrell was fantastic. I totally agreed with his diagnosis and treatment plan!!!!
