This whole experience was great! The receptionist is welcoming and kind, the nurse was thorough and comforting, the Dr was a little standoffish, but I have Covid so I get it. I have been here before , and every time they get you in and they it in a timely manner.

This Emergency clinic in Alamo Heights continues to be my Favorite when it comes to taking care of urgent care situations for my family. Starting with the first point of contact being on the phone before you go in or when you arrive to be treated. On this visit DJ was beyond hospitable and truly helpful as she guided me through the check in process of checking in. DJ has excellent customer service. Tyler Complete Care is my first choice when I have an immediate health issue and unable to get into see my primary care physician. Every staff person, nurse and doctor I have had contact with at this facility is professional, explains information, and is also very nice. I am always amazed at their follow up in checking with me. I was seen by Dr Wallace at my last visit.
