Very friendly and helpful staff. Nurse and doctor explained everything well and spent plenty of time with me. They were calming and caring.

My daughter fell and fractured her wrist playing indoor soccer. We were taken care of promptly and referred to an orthopedic doctor. We do not have insurance and the cash pay options was 1/3 of what I was quoted from other freestanding ERs. I highly recommend.

I broke my wrist in a fall while visiting out of town family for Christmas. My son took me to Complete Care on Sunday where I was treated with concern, care and respect.

I went in for a visit for one issue and while I was there they found a completely different issue as well. I really don’t think that it would have been caught if I had chose somewhere else that evening. I am very thankful that I chose Tyler Complete Care. From start to finish, I never felt anything other than comfortable with the staff. They were easy to talk to and also listened. Thank you!!!!
