I was in a lot of pain and Nurse Grace brought me to a room right away and took vitals, started my IV and had pain medication on board when ordered by the MD. Dr Hersh is amazing and took time explaining my diagnosis as it is a rare illness. He is always amazing and very knowledgeable. He even checked on the the next day. CT tech Tiann is so nice and explained everything that was going to happen during scan and even gave me a blanket because it was cold. When I arrived, I did not have to wait to be shown to a room and was quickly taken care of. I got X-rays and was very pleased with the treatment from the entire team. Dr McAllister is a favorite in our house!
Minimal waiting time, the doctor was very helpful and friendly. Got an X-ray and a referral to see the specialist the next day. Fantastic!

There wasn’t any wait time, everything was explained very clearly and everyone was very nice and attentive. It really reassured me ! Thank you! Only thing was that the doctor’s reference that was given to me for follow-up wasn’t valid. Phone number didn’t work and even on internet I couldn’t find this doctor.
