The front desk was very efficient, and I was immediately taken to the back where I was greeted by several members of the staff (inducing my Doctor) who took my medical situation seriously and worked extremely hard to rectify it. I was VERY pleased with the entire process and am very grateful to have this facility in the neighborhood!

Very friendly, thorough medical service. Will continue to use Fossil Creek above any other Urgent Care center even though we do have to pay a little more with our ER visits regarding our insurance. The quality of care is worth it!

As soon as I came in, I was treated with urgency and great care. The TLC team made me feel as though I was their top priority. They quickly determined what the problem was and began immediate treatment. No awaiting, no wondering what was wrong. Nurses and Doctors kept me informed as to what they had found out and then explained their treatment plan. 100 times better than going into the emergency room. Knowing that you can come in at anytime is such a relief.
