Wrong dosage back pain medication
BEWARE!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. After I waited for 20 minutes, they tried to collect $250 as a “self pay” instead of the $75 urgent care deductible on my INSURANCE card! I was told it was a holiday and they couldn’t verify my insurance. I have never been to an urgent care or ER and been asked to pay part of the deductible (I have a co-pay) not a deductible!!! I know my own insurance. RUN, they had no issue taking the woman who came in behind me and was self pay. THEY DONT WANT YOUR INSURANCE. I left, in pain ... read more

I have been visiting The Emergency Clinic Alamo Heights since 2018 whenever I’ve come down with the flu, a cold, or even COVID. In the past, I’ve always received excellent care and felt well taken care of. Unfortunately, my most recent visit (my 8th overall) was very disappointing. Only doing a 1 star cause didnt give me the option for 0. Took my husband to get seen on 9/29 for what we believe was/is sciatica. From the moment Dr George Alsop came in the room he didn't seem professional, seemed to have something in his mouth, probably chewing tobacco.
