Kelsey Jochum did an absolutely fantastic job finding a senior home for my mother. It made everything so easy and it was a huge relief for the family. Kelsey called and talked to me and lined up everything for a nurse to do an evaluation, which was done that evening. Next morning, Kelsey had 3 places for us to go look at and we picked the first one. Rory L. Johnson I worked with Bebie to find a place for my Dad in a Adult Family Home. Bebie is a very kind and dedicated person. She has a great knowledge of what it takes to find the right home for a person. She know the right questions to ask about the care each home has to offer and how qualified the staff was in taking care of my Dad. I would recommend Bebie to anyone who is looking for a place for their family member to stay.
This is a very tardy review. Two years ago we were in a crisis situation with my MIL and needed to move her quickly. Sylvana of Concierge literally saved my life! She was so kind and patient with me, even when I was about to lose it. She took us to several homes, and we found one we liked that's only half a mile from our house. My MIL is there to this day. Concierge Care Advisor, Sylvana was an amazing wealth of knowledge and caring. She guided us through the hospital system while simultaneously leading us through memory care options for our loved one. She was with us every step of the process. We could absolutely NOT have accomplished what we did in the short time we had make decisions, without her profound knowledge of the systems involved.
