RecommendedConcierge Care Advisors helped me twice to find the best home for my mom. Once, we placed her at an Assisted Living facility were she was independent but could add services later if she needed them. It was close to my house so visiting was easy. Her lifestyle was so much more fun, safe, and enriching for her than either she or I could have every hoped for. RecommendedI also recommend using other sources. I reviewed 9 care home s and actually visited 6. Concierge wasn’t on the ball at first and only gave me names of resources and that was it. It was a stressful time to deal with my ailing parent. I had a melt down and needed more help which I wasn’t getting. I also don’t believe that the advisors do this ‘pro bono’. RecommendedWe worked with Sylvana and she was wonderful. She came to our home and spent an hour with us as I was very reluctant to move my partner into another place even though I knew I could no longer take care of him in a safe manner. She took my son, daughter and myself to 2 large places and when we did not feel they were the right ones she set up 2 group homes for us to look at. RecommendedErin was great! She showed us three homes within our price range and we selected the third one because the owners were so delightful. My mom moved in the next day and she likes the owners and caregivers. The food is very good!
