RecommendedI was so overwhelmed by what needed to be accomplished in order to get my dad moved into an assisted living facility that I didn’t know where to start or how to start the process. Rose from Concierge Care literally came to my rescue. She took over all the details, put a plan together, and was by my side every step of the way. I don’t know how I could have accomplished this without her guidance.

Once, we placed her at an Assisted Living facility were she was independent but could add services later if she needed them. It was close to my house so visiting was easy. Her lifestyle was so much more fun, safe, and enriching for her than either she or I could have every hoped for. RecommendedI also recommend using other sources. I reviewed 9 care home s and actually visited 6. Concierge wasn’t on the ball at first and only gave me names of resources and that was it. It was a stressful time to deal with my ailing parent. I had a melt down and needed more help which I wasn’t getting. I also don’t believe that the advisors do this ‘pro bono’.
