Absolutely would recommend their services! The last few week have been tough. It was decided that my dad needed 24 hour care. The hospital put us in touch with Vannah and she was terrific from start to finish. With the pandemic, things are bit harder. Julie was the point person for us to find a place for our 94 year old Dad. It was very stressful deciding the best care and Julie set up an easy zoom call with caregivers that matched the care our Dad needed. Julie was patient, kind and very thorough. My mom was in desperate need of an adult family home to reside in. Swedish and their concierge program came to the rescue. They showed us several different homes that had immediate openings. The gal we worked with, Sylvana was ever so helpful. She got my mom in to a facility in less than a week. It's a beautiful adult family home with only six other residence.
