We booked Crescent Shores 1711 South Tower for the month of March, check in was good, got text earlier than expected that condo was ready for us. Upon entry it was evident that condo hadnt been used in a long time. Tile floors were gritty with dirt, carpets needed vacuuming. Thick dust on tv, lamp shades, fans & baseboards, especially behind beds in each bedroom. Black mold on shower door in master. Condo World you have outdone yourself this year. I have to give a very big thank you to Sherry. We had a small problem with our room and she went way beyond the normal to make it right. I just love them. They are so great in making your vacation dreams come true. I will always recommend them to anyone booking a vacation. Thank you all so much for what’s starting to be the best vacation ever.
We had a nice stay and decided to extend it. The staff was very helpful and made it possible. There was a minor problem at the condo, kitchen light didn't work. We called the office and they sent someone to fix it right away. Thank you for helping to make our vacation more enjoyable.

Had a wonderful stay at the Ashworth for Fall SOS. Condo-World's staff were gracious and most helpful during all interactions.
Had a great time at MB. Baywatch resort worked well for us and Condo-World folks were nice to work with. The only negative was the beach restoration that was happening in front the resort, but we also know it is necessary.
We enjoyed our stay after you moved us from the first condo to the Tillman resort and golf club.
Notify guests of any construction or work being done. We didn't know our pool was closed. The ceiling fans in our room were very dusty but otherwise everything was clean.
