Visited NMB in June. Didn't use Condo-world at that time as we rented privately. Weather was horrible so we decided to do a vacation "redo" in October. Booked within 30 days of arrival and it was seamless. We used condo-world last year and loved working with everyone. Same experience this year. Looked at lots of properties and picked Pinnacle 405. Friendly and easy to work with... we are part of the thousands who come twice a year for SOS, and this group works extraordinarily hard to ensure that our reservations are in tact for our next event. We rent the four bedroom units and have found them to be well equipped. Cleanliness needs improvement... a solid training session for the staff should be sufficient to improve this issue... never bad enough for us to take much issue... reasonably priced and the amenities are sufficient for our needs... pool, lazy river, hot ... read more
Our first time renting through Condo-World... they were kind enough to allow us to rebook when a hurricane was threatening to wreak havoc on our week at the beach. The same unit was available 2 weeks later, so we changed our reservation. We had stayed at the resort before, but 20 years has taken a toll - at least on the unit we rented. We called maintenance about a broken faucet and broken remote control... and the issues were fixed within hours. We love going through Condo-World, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. love their properties and if we have ever had a issue it is resolved immediately.. We were very pleased again this year with our choice to stay at Cresent Shores, one of our favorites in the Cresent Beach area. We plan to stay there again next year.
The place was clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation.
