I wish I could give them a 4.9 but I can't. After renting from Elliott Realty the last 7 years we found last year our unit was no longer managed by them and we had to go through Condo World. We are pretty particular about our unit. I would give Condo World the edge in every area except one. We always leave from 7 hours away early to drive there and for 7 years we have been able to check in by 12:30-1:00 pm (I know official check in time is 3 or 4 technically) and last year it was after 4 before we got checked in.
