I had tear duct surgery today. It may have been a simple surgery compared to all you do., but right from the start I had no worries. The nurses said what would happen & it did. Dr. Conlon is always so calm & reassuring (have had 2 cataract surgeries), nurses give good words & a nice pat on the hand or shoulder. I would tell anyone who asked that Dr. Conlon is so fine in what he does & how he does it, so professional & his offices, right from entering to leaving are the same. Thankyou again.
I just had eye surgery, removal of excess upper lid . I was very nervous due to the covid pandemic, all staff & doctor very professional and patient!!! Explained everything they were doing at the time. Very accommodating in all aspects !! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I DID NOT believe that I had cataracts I just wanted stronger glasses so I had to wait over a year to get surgery which I thought was to long because I needed my class 1 A driver's license. Well thank God L got them back and I thank God for DR.Konlon and his staff you all have a gift given to you by God and that is why you are the BEST.. I received cataract surgery done by Dr Conlon. I was definitely apprehensive at the thought. Dr Conlon and his staff answered all my questions by both office visit and phone honestly and professionally. I was at ease when I went for surgery. The results were beyond my expectations.
Everything went very smoothly. Was very satisfied with the procedure.
The staff made me feel at ease. Their professional and warm and caring attitude made this experience fun and not as scary as you would think. I received a text to make sure I was doing well. Dr Conlon was a true professional. Today was my eyelid surgery and look forward to see The finished product. I would definitely recommend Dr Conlon for this surgery.
Right from the moment I entered the office until I was guided out of the surgery area, I was treated with great care. Dr. Conlon and his entire staff were very friendly and caring. My questions were answered by both by Dr. Conlon and the nurses. It was so much easier to have my procedure completed right in the office surgery than to go to a hospital.
