i am so grateful to my ptosis and lid tightening also brow lift. Overall process is excellent. staff nurses were amazing. They will help you in all you asked and need. Dr. Conlon did a great and detailed job on fixing my eyelid. even just for two days I can see and tell the changes. All I can say is it was scary at first but than the people there were very helpful and I was in good hands.
I had a surgical procedure on my tear ducts and was quite nervous. Dr. Conlon and his staff were incredible. They were clear on what they would do, ensured me it would be quick and is a common procedure. They kept me calm, comfortable, and feeling confident in what they were doing. They were all so friendly and kind, and the procedure went quickly and smoothly. I was so impressed with the after care. Wowed with my experience, I had been on the fence about Lasik for many years. Dr Conlon & his staff provided excellent quality care!
Dr. Conlon was great though the time he needed to do my procedure was brief. His staff were well-prepared and attentive and the aftercare was excellent. The procedure I had was quite basic and it didn't take long. They were all professional and caring. I would definitely see Dr. Conlon again for my future eye care needs and would recommend to others.
My experience was good. My LASIK touchup after my refractive lens replacement was done very well. I was very glad that Dr Conlon did not just cut me loose after my first fix and made sure that things were corrected to the level we expected. Great follow up. Great staff. Overall great experience
