Great experience , was a little nervous going in ,but Doctor ,nurse and staff made me feel very comfortable . Great follow up ,checking to see if I was experiencing any discomfort ! Would totally recommend this Doctor !!
Just recently took my Dad in to have his lower eye lids done. As with most people, he was a little anxious, but absolutely everyone in Dr. Conlon's was amazing. He said that he is very impressed with how friendly, considerate and professional everyone in his office is. The surgery went very well and Dad is healing very nicely. I have had glasses/contacts for almost 20 years. I have always wanted to get corrective eye surgery, but never took the steps to go about it...until now. The Professionalism and organization of this well trained staffed Doctors office , is evident upon walking in . The smiles you receive upon check in . To every single person of Dr Conlon staff that I encountered. My procedure went smoothly with the aide of Dr Conlons Operating room Assistants Ashley and Jen . Very professional, efficient and friendly. Although my procedure was quite painful I was confident in the knowledge and ability of Dr. Conlon and his staff. They answered all my questions and treated me with respect. If I had one complaint they need a better selection of magazines on the waiting room. I also didn't like having to listen to the eye-surgery informational shows on the tv while in the waiting room but of course that's a minor issue. Overall it was a very good experience.
