I can't say enough about how incredibly amazing experience I had with Dr. R. Colon. He is very kind I found that he saw me as a person not just another patient. He is very talented, skilled and gentle. I can't not rate him high enough. The wait time is longer for a consultation because he is so busy and I understand why the answer is simple he is the best well worth the wait. For my sergery he was right on time. just had my right eye lid lifted Monday dec 16 as a kid I was always teased and called half eye but my eye never bothered me until I got old(now 71) it started to droop more and I was concerned about driving so I made a appointment to get it checked (should have done it 30-40 years ago) my operation was very easy on me the day after my operation I could already tell it was a smart move (the staff were very gentle, explained what was going on ) Dr. Conlon was excellent I am very glad that I went to his eye institute thank you... read more
My experience at Conlon Eye Institute was fantastic. I had been considering Lasik for many years and am so happy that I finally did it! Heidi was fantastic to work with leading up to my consultation appointment and all the staff I dealt with throughout the process were friendly and knowledgeable. Great service for family members; received a phone call as soon as patient was ready, explained follow-up and care required at home and texted both patient and family later to see how patient was doing. Comprehensive and caring.
