living here is amazing I love the apartment. the staff is very friendly and I can walk in the office and feel very welcoming. love the safe feeling, very quite neighborhood and friendly neighbor.
New Start-great place to live Hello, I have been a resident at the Continent Village Apartments now for three months. I love it. My apartment is so spacious. I feel so, so comfortable (at peace). Love this place I absolutely love this place! I have not had any issues with the community. Columbus police patrol daily and at night. The office staff go above and beyond to make sure im comfortable here and they are always feeding my kids candy!! Lol! Continent Village is the place to be!
YOU SHOULD BE HERE This place is in the middle of everything! 15 mins away from Polaris. Very convenient. Very quiet, neighbors are great and pleasant. The office staff is very helpful and great getting maintenance request done. Maintenance is very quickly responsive. I really like living here at Continent Village. Will be here until I buy a home! YOU SHOULD BE HERE!
34 Year Resident I have lived here for 34 years and absolutely love living here! I have always felt safe living here and the rent is reasonably priced. Maintenance always comes in a timely manor to fix all issues, even for emergencies. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to live to come apply here at the Continent Village!
great place to stay its a great place to stay, and it has lots of space. I love that maintenance come right after you call them. I love that cops are always patrolling to make sure everything looks good. great place for a first apartment. The office staff is very friendly .
Comfortable Aparment Living I have lived at The Continent Village apartments for 5 years now, and the staff is excellent! They are very attentive, and go above and beyond to make living here enjoyable. The apartment is comfortable and the property is clean. Would high recommend living here!

Friendly Staff Staff has been extremely friendly and quick about responding. Answers all questions thoroughly and accurately. On move in date apartment was clean and nice, a lot bigger than expected. At the point of signing the lease it was quick (which was appreciated) and LaKeita made sure that before signing any documentation I understand the scope of what was being said. Alicia stayed in contact with me throughout the application process and made sure that everything was ready prior to moving in.
