my review the rooms are spacious and area is peaceful.the staff is helpful and friendly.banks and churches and shopping are nearby.restauants and nightlife are too. the i71 freeway is closeby.
Happy I can honestly say that I am pleased here at The Continent Village. I was welcomed by the friendly office staff and they were very helpful from the very beginning (Especially Lakita). I have honestly only had two minor maintenance issues that were addressed immediately after I reached out to the office about them. Its very quiet and have never had any problems with any neighbors everyone is super friendly. I am a single young professional and I relocated to Columbus last year and I plan to be here a long time.
Great Place to Live My husband and I moved in earlier this year and love living here. It is very quite and calm. It is very close to stores and places to eat and things to do!

Love it here I love living here! Been almost a year now and it's still quiet and conveinient. Really is like a little village! :-) :-) my kids really love it and feel safe too!!
GOOD LOCATION The Continent Village Apartments are in an excellent location with easy access to anywhere you want to go. There is plenty of area surrounding this beautiful site to be able to take a walk and enjoy nature. Many enjoy walking their dog. The maintenance is exceptional. I really appreciate that they take pride in their job and keep the apartments in good condition. The neighbors are friendly, responsible people. Awesome place to stay I have lived at this complex for three years. I have never had a single issue. If something broke in the apartment some they came and fixed it the next day. The single bed room apartment was huge and is a great value. I would totally recommend this place to any one looking for an awesome value.
Happy and very satisfied customer Moving to the Continent Village Apts was the best choice ever. I will continue to refer friends and family. Best of all the leasing staff is always so polite and so helpful.
