What More Could You Ask For? I am a parent of a student that lives here. She goes to OSU and is only 15 mins from school! We live in westerville and I can be close to her without smothering. I'm excited my daughter has a good, clean apartment. She doesn't have an electric bill which is also nice! The staff have been very helpful with getting my daughter situated for her first solo apartment and as a mother I am grateful.

Luv it lived here 3 yrs and luv it the buildings could use new carpet but they updating and can’t beat all utilities paid my neighbors are nice and it is quiet

Not Bad For The Price Not bad for the price. Pricing, however, is a little suspect. You pay a flat fee for water based on bedroom count, not occupancy. So if you are single and rent a 2 bedroom, you will pay more for water than a 1 bedroom with 2 tenants. If the tenant before you ruined the carpet to the point that it needs to be replaced, you will be required to pay additional monthly rent for the new carpet. Good Space I like the space of the one bedrooms.It gives you enough space to have to grow into something bigger. No one is noisy outside of what you would normally hear in a complex, but overall good.
