superb I loveeeee living here! I wasn't sure at first but I came in the area one night and decided to observe for myself. There was barely anyone outside. It was soooo quiet and pleasant. Also there was a cop patrolling the area instead of security so that was totally a plus as I am a single mom with two kids. Best Apartments in North East Columbus! The continent village is honestly the best place that I have found to rent at in Columbus where I feel safe and get what I pay for. I have had nothing but a positive experience since I have started living here and the staff in the rental office are always nothing but so kind and so helpful! Great Place to Live My family moved to Columbus from Tennessee earlier this year and was looking for a place to live. The person who helped us was Gita, who was very nice! I love living here I love living here at Continent Village!! Me and my wife and daughter are very happy! We have not had any problems in the area and maintenance is always efficient and get the job done. The office staff are great as well and are always helpful! First timer Living here has been a great experience. Lots of parking-- first come first serve of course. Had an issue with leaking from celling, but management got it fixed within that day that I had put in the request. Friendly staff! Cool neighbors. Clean atmosphere and great maintenance of the apartments.
Great place to live I have lived here for 9 years and love it! It is close to everything and on the most part, it is pretty quiet. Sometimes, the complex next to us gets pretty lively with the bars and clubs, but I always see CPD there on the weekends patrolling the area. I have not had a problem with the office or other residents. Continent Village The Continent Village is a very clean and beautiful apartment complex. You really feel at home and safe. The office workers are very kind and always willing to help how they can.
Great Service The Continent Village is a very nice place to live. Close to stores and the freeway. It has everything that I need. Two bedrooms and washer and dryer hookup. All the staff members are very nice. Treat you like family. My neighbors are very quiet and nice people.
jasmine My first time visiting the Continent Village was good. We experienced with so much welcome and the people here really care. The apartment is very nice inside just the right amount a place and the neighborhood area is nice . There is a lot of good people that are very friendly . They have a lot to offer there a movie theater you can go to. Also the Continent village is pet Friendly here.
