The treatments are good and the technicians are excellent but as it has grown as a business, Contour has become impersonal. The bookkeeping and billing are opaque-- the office takes $100 deposits for cosmetic appointments and one is never quite sure where that $100 has gone. Receipts are given out which have no detail on them whatsoever. For prepaid treatments one must rely on Contour's records...
The staff to be very professional. However, the environment in the waiting room was not at all conducive to putting patients a ease while waiting. It is too bright and glaring. There are way too many florescent lights. The rock music was too loud and blasting. It was not at all soothing. It was definitely stimulation overload.. La Rue was very friendly, helpful and very sweet. My overall experience was Awesome!
Staff was very courteous.. I came in to purchase products only but am thinking of coming back for injedctables. It would be a good idea if you update your information on line regarding location.

I thought the doctor was knowledgeable, but a little glib and not quite as thorough as I would have preferred.
