The waiting room and exam room were comfortable and clean. The staff greeted me and was friendly throughout my entire visit. The Doctor answered my questions and made me feel more at ease.
Kara in the Laser Department is absolutely wonderful and merely the "Best" person anyone could have on their staff! I am sure you all know this already!
Very friendly and excellent service. Only issue was they were 30 minutes behind schedule from my appointment time.
During my last visit to Contour Dermatology, I was greeted with smiles and given prompt attention. The only small hiccup was that the reason for my visit wasn't quite clear, but that was rectified instantly, with no fuss. Dr. Jochen has an excellent manner, and provides excellent results.
Countour Dermatology has more than proven themselves to me in so many ways. I know IM in good hands, and I have been a totaly satiisfied, happy patient for many years. They're an incredible team. from the first phone call untl i walk out the door and everything in between.
Had my brows trimmed for the second time with Anne Marie. I had no idea how badly I was grooming them until Dr. Jochen recommended I have the quick procedure done. I was really stunned at the before and after results. Completely opens up the eyes while giving a very masculine result. It has become a part of my monthly grooming routine along with my haircuts.

The office staff was extremely friendly. If it's your first time, do not go on the Beauty Saturday; Very hectic and they didn't keep on schedule.. Had a few procedures done in one day. However, I was disappointed with the lack of results. the lines around my lips are still there, the peel didn't remove any of the brown spots,, thank goodness they weren't very dark . The 2nd day the peel started...
