My experience at Contour Dermatology was very good. Everything went very well and I was very happy.
By observance when I was in for skin grafting on my nose (graft taken from my ear), TOO MANY people in and out doing different things. That is not good, the Dr. should be doing the surgery, grafting, suturing, etc. himself, not a CN, LVN or PN, the Dr. himself. I went home with instructions that are not explicit to my surgery. I still have what looks like sutures in my nose and not healed...
I was pleased with the visit…same as usual.
Everyone is always so pleasant and upbeat. The only downside is the amount of time spent waiting to see Dr. Jochen despite having an appointment time.
Excellent in all respects. Like being on time.
