I cannot recommend Matthew Nieves and his team highly enough. What could have easily turned into a nightmare home-buying experience with the wrong lender became a smooth, organized, and reassuring process from start to finish because of Matthew and his team’s professionalism, transparency, and commitment.
I came to Matthew and his team in the midst of challenging personal circumstances and in a less than ideal position as a borrower, looking for an outside the box creative solution - hurdles from day one. My situation was anything but typical (if there even is such a thing in the world of lending), and the process proved to be lengthy and demanding as a result.
Had a great experience with Michael, who has a very speedy and diligent team. They explained everything thoroughly and moved along the process to make sure we were closing within our timeline.
