Dave was able to close the deal in 25 days! We were a little nervous at first, but Dave worked around the clock to get the deal done. I wouldn't recommend anyone else! If your looking for someone who is fast and efficient he is your guy!

Lucinda helped us to refinance our home when it looked like it would not be possible. I am self employed, my wife is on long term disability and we own 3 rental properties............3 things that most banks don't find favorable. We had just been turned down by a couple other banks so we didn't think it could be done, but Lucinda found a way for us to refinance and get a very good rate.
