John is an amazing, amazing individual. He walked my wife and I through the entire first time homebuyer process! He’s not only professional and efficient, he’s also extremely personable and patient. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else than John. I feel John crosses every “I” and dots every “T”. John fought with me through every moment to get my dream house. Thank you John for all your hard work. Keep extremely well informed us thru out the entire process of our first home buy.. answerd every question to completion. Extremely professional and knowledgable. If your look for a lender this man is the only one to speak to. Hands down the best in the game...

Extremely helpful, easy to reach even beyond his normal work hours. Kept up with everything and felt like he went above and beyond. He also knew our lawyer so it made for a very smooth process from start to finish. As always, hiccups happened during the whole mortgage process and he was there to sort through it and reach out to the necessary people.

Great guy, staff was very responsive and timely. Went out of his way to help obtain paperwork from my bank which had trouble printing exact info with criteria the underwriters needed. Easily worked via email for docs and made process as easy as possible. Rates were good and as expected. Closed on time and worked well to coincide our closings on both the selling and the buying of our homes.

Dave and his team were great from day one! Through out this very stressful process there were for us every step of the way. Dave was accessible whenever we needed him and as a first time home buyer that seemed to be very often! I would recommend Dave to anyone who is looking for an easy home buying experience!
