After being stood up twice by our old lender, Eric was our hero. He is incredibly knowledgable and really took the time to explain every step during our mortgage refinance. He was incredible patient with our lack of knowledge at every turn and explained how a HELOC works for our future endeavors. He was available what seemed like 24/7, evening answering a call at 10:30pm on a Friday. White glove service all the way!

Mr. McGorman made this process as quick and painless as possible. Being that this is my first experience purchasing a home I was lost but Mr. McGorman made it so easy to understand everything. He went out of his way to help me whether dropping off materials to offices and picking them up from me I couldn’t ask for anymore. I enjoyed the experience so much that I even recommended him to my girlfriend who is currently in the application process herself well in her way to making her dream come true.
