John is an amazing, amazing individual. He walked my wife and I through the entire first time homebuyer process! He’s not only professional and efficient, he’s also extremely personable and patient. Extremely helpful, easy to reach even beyond his normal work hours. Kept up with everything and felt like he went above and beyond. He also knew our lawyer so it made for a very smooth process from start to finish. As always, hiccups happened during the whole mortgage process and he was there to sort through it and reach out to the necessary people.
Great guy, staff was very responsive and timely. Went out of his way to help obtain paperwork from my bank which had trouble printing exact info with criteria the underwriters needed. Easily worked via email for docs and made process as easy as possible. Rates were good and as expected. Closed on time and worked well to coincide our closings on both the selling and the buying of our homes.
