Tim Higgins at Contour Mortgage is amazing. He helped me out every step of the way from pre-approval to getting a full loan approval. He also was very thorough when explaining the details of the loan. This was very important for me since I’m a first time buyer. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a loan.

I was referred to Jesse and his team through my realtor as I had little knowledge of brokerage in general. Jesse and his team were amazing. We found the house of our dreams and within an hour we had the offer letter out to the seller. This was late day on a weekend. 4 hours later we were already under contract. Jason L Schwartz was extremely helpful and demonstrated high level of professionalism from beginning to end of our home buying. There were times I know I became overbearing; however, he was always attentive to my questions and provided answers and reassurance in a very timely manner.
