Abraham Ohanian (Abe) is the only guy i've seen thats this friendly is this field of work. He is very professional, humble, courteous, kind, to the point. He doesnt beat around the bush. I never felt i was doing business with him. He was always like a big brother, warm and whenever i spoke to him over the phone I always hung up with a smile on my face. Dave goes above and beyond in his duties, and truly cares for his client. He walked us through the process of obtaining a mortgage , offered great advice. It’s great to feel like your lender is acting as your advocate. He is honest, straightforward, and makes the process seem easy. I can’t recommend enough.

There is not enough great things I can say about Eric. He was on top of everything every step of the way. He was great with referring us to the right people as well as being very knowledgeable with what steps to take. I have already recommended him to another friend and they have closed on their house as well. Thank you for making this process as easy as can be.

Eric is one of a kind. I felt comfortable and at ease knowing I had Eric by my side throughout this whole entire experience. He reassured me that he is never going to give up on finding the best deal I can get. He saved my family and I from a huge debt. I couldn't thank him enough.
