Working with Karen Arena was a pleasure! As many of us that goes through the home purchase process the bank can create numerous of stress and frustration in trying to finalized the loan. Eric is a class act and goes above and beyond for his clients. After having an awful experience with a prior lender, Eric stepped in an had me wondering why I considered using anyone else. Always responsive, very clear, goes the extra mile, honest, and makes sure you understand what’s going on every step of the way. Eric was available almost every hour of the day. He certainly takes average out of the industry. I would highly reccommend anyone looking for a loan, mortgage, etc. use no one other than Eric!

I was introduced to Dave at the beginning of my journey to sell my house and purchase a new one. By the time I made the offer to my new place in Mid December, I started doing all the paperwork with Dave and his Team. I closed on my new house in Mid Jan 2019.
