Great Experience. Robert helped me refinance my loan, combining the primary mortgage with a 2nd home equity line off credit which was coming due. provided many possible options and we worked together an I chose which I felt was best for me.

I was introduced to Dave at the beginning of my journey to sell my house and purchase a new one. By the time I made the offer to my new place in Mid December, I started doing all the paperwork with Dave and his Team. I closed on my new house in Mid Jan 2019. These guys are highly efficient, on top of the process, very communicative and helpful. I had a great experience, I never closed so quick on any of the transactions I have done in the past. Im a 1st time homebuyer who didnt understand not a single thing about the about buying a home...andrey was very patience with repeating himself...always smiling very very pleasent...aside from his day off...he was always available to answer my calls and if he didnt pick up right away he would call back with in 20mins...for 4months i was dealing with andrey and he made it so easy...i will only be looking for andrey when i am ready for my next purchae

I needed a cash out refi and was on a difficult deadline to meet recieving this cash. Mr. Ohanian heard my issue, made it personal and somehow completed everything in weeks, sooner than expected and no bank fees. He found ways to save me money here and there, guided me through the entire process making this process stress free.
