Working with Karen Arena was a pleasure! As many of us that goes through the home purchase process the bank can create numerous of stress and frustration in trying to finalized the loan. Karen guided us through the process and helped us to keep calmed and not to worry much as she did all the work. After hard work and effort from Karen and us, we were able to accomplish our goal and have a smooth closing at the table. Preapporval for a mortgage and obtaining a mortgage can be a scary and difficult process, however, Jesse and his team make everything so simple!!!!!(he makes sure you understand every single aspect and he closes mega fast) Not to mention he is almost always available!!!
