I have bought several homes with different brokers. chris has been by far the best! chris got me pre approved for a house I wanted to buy in Delaware. he handled all of the FHA requirements and certifications that were needed. made all of the calls and returned calls promptly! I was stressed out! he calmed me down got it done in less then 30 days! chris even drove 2 and a half hours to meet the realtor to speed up papers needed and also drove back again to handle settlement with me. chris also orchestrated the date of the se... read more
