When we had difficult sellers he was on the phone with them making sure they could be sure our mortgage would be approved despite bidding over market price. After the seller had doubts he leveraged his network to get an appraisal done with 2 days to convince the seller to take our offer over a cash offer within a few thousand dollars. It is not in my character to write about anything mediocre; so I don't write many reviews. Tara is an exception. Tara knows her job, and knows it well. That being said, I never had to remind her to do anything. As a woman myself who is organized and prepared, she was always two steps ahead of me. I encourage anyone who wants a seamless process for their mortgage, specifically with time constraints to contact Tara immediately. Tara is a professional, who never falls short. Highly recommended.
