I am a first time home buyer and unfortunately as fun and easy as HGTV makes this process I was in for a surprise. The steps to purchase a home were dreadful, stressful, and NOT FUN! I think every week I wanted to lose it. Greatfully, I had Michael who was so patient and smooth about every fire alarm. I think he must have said to me "Calm Down, I will call you back" 100x, lol. Every time I called he answered, everytime he missed my call- he called back. Everytime he said he would call me back (which was alot) He DID. Having ... read more

We had a very difficult situation where we were selling our current home and buying a house simultaneously. Andrey was our mortgage broker as well as our buyers' mortgage broker. He answered all of our questions.. AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY..always kept us in the loop and explained the process step by step.
