Cool Air USA is always the best! Xavier, the technician, was amazing. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived within 15 minutes. He researched my concerns and advised me on what was needed. His manner and kindness as well as his expertise are greatly appreciated

Fast response, great team! Technicians showed up on time, freindly and professional. Took time diagnosing the problems with both units, cleaned systems, made necessary repairs, fair price, finished in a short time period. Both AC units running strong now.
Your 2 mechanics were very knowledgeable and gave a full inspection of all the areas that were needed. Two very nice guys I'm so glad to have them come to my house. Very happy with your 2 mechanics. Answered all my questions and then some. Took care of all my cooling needs. Would hope that these 2 man came back to install my new units. But I guess the installation team may be different. I got your name from another satisfied customer.
