Quick service and responsive My AC stopped working. A technician was sent out the following morning as promised and provided a thorough explanation of my options. He was very thoughtful and clear. Based upon the estimate provided, I decided to replace my old AC unit and the following morning workers arrived. The new AC unit was installed and all was done by 5:30 PM. Very satisfied with the process and highly recommend them.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I recently had an air-conditioning system installed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. I called to request instillation on Good Friday afternoon and by the next Monday at 7 PM the new system was up and running!!!

New AC Replacement Cool Air USA assisted with procurement of a replacement unit that was hard to find due to manufacturing issues. It took a lot of time to coordinate this effort. I want to send a special thanks to Julian Posada who worked tirelessly to complete my order. He deserves highest rating. Addional thanks to Crystal in Permits and Inspections, Reign in Dispatch and lastly Mike and his installation team. Everyone on staff is very responsive and accommodating.
