Over The Top Service! When my friend Adam Kleinrock recommended Cool Air USA I thought it would be like other companies. Boy was I wrong! Lior B. the technician was very respectful, knowledgable and honest. He showed me pictures of everything, was honest when he told me my unit was very good and only suggested a flushing of the lines, which I had not done in many years. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Rolando and Gregory, outside of being 30-45 minutes late, were great, start to finish. They went above and beyond to add a couple additional traps to avoid moisture backup.

Air duct cleaning Always professional service with Cool Air USA. The technician told me how he would perform the service, advised me about the possible shortcomings of my decision not to add additional services and there was no debate about it. He also let me know that using a brush for the cleaning could lead to problems with our ducts and used the air vacuum instead. I use them for all my AC services and would recommend them to others.
