I needed someone to come out and fix my A/C it wasn’t cooling as it should. I have asthma so it’s difficult to breathe. You sent out a repairman within an hour. . On a Sunday, Thank you so much for helping me so quickly. I was worried I would have to wait until tomorrow. After 3 AC companies could not figure out why our AC unit was not cooling our condo, Leo from Cool USA found the problem. We live in a low floor unit condo and have a 4 year old Bosch water source heat pump AC in a separate closet in our hallway. For some reason the AC stopped working and it got to 86 degrees in our unit. We called an AC company who after inspecting said we need to change 2 parts TXV valve and heat exchanger which is expensive and that they don’t do that job.
