Excellent company with excellent employees. Kensy L was the air conditioner technician that came to my house regarding my AC unit. He took the time to find out what was going on with my air conditioner. When he found the problem, he took the time to explained what was happening. He answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Kensy is a very nice man and is an asset to your company. Everyone of your employees that have service my air conditioner unit is an asset to your company.

Cool Air USA Came to my condo in Sunny Isles Beach on Friday evening only to find my AC unit not working. Called Cool Air USA Saturday morning at 8 AM and there was a technician at my door within the hour. Before entering unit he put on surgical shoe coverings and proceeded to inspect AC unit. After the brief inspection he explained to me why the AC unit was not working in terms that I understood and gave me a reasonable quote. A/C repair I am very well pleased with the service received from Cool Air USA. The tech was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having. Living in Florida during the summer is no joke my home was 86 degrees inside and with 3 kids it was difficult with no air even for one night. The tech walked me through every step of the repairs and provided some great preventative practices to make sure the air handler was well maintained. Tech was very nice and professional. Immediate Service, Correct Diagnosis, Same Day Service & Best Customer Service I called to request an appointment yesterday morning and service was scheduled for later that day in the afternoon. The technician quickly and accurately diagnosed the issues and repaired the system the same day working until almost 8pm.
